About The Practice

Everything in one place, and one team behind it

Psyched was set up so that families in Lahore would stop having to assemble care for themselves — collecting appointments across the city and carrying the history from one professional to the next.

Speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA, behaviour therapy, clinical psychology and counselling all sit under one roof here. When more than one of our therapists works with you, they share the same notes and pull in the same direction.

Our Team

The people you will actually see

A small, multidisciplinary team. If more than one of us works with you, we work from the same notes and the same goals.

What to expect

Three steps, and none of them are frightening

Most families tell us the hardest part was not knowing what they were walking into. So here it is, in order.

  1. 1

    You reach out

Call us or send a short message. We’ll arrange a first conversation and point you to the right therapist — no forms, no commitment. We usually reply within one working day.

  2. 2

    We meet

The first session is mostly listening, and an assessment where one is needed. Depending on age, we may meet together, separately, or both. By the end you’ll have our honest read on what would help.

  3. 3

    We get to work

A plan with a shape you can see: what we’re working on, roughly how long it may take, and what you can do at home. If more than one therapist is involved, they work from that same plan.

Not sure whether it’s worth calling?

It usually is. A short conversation costs nothing and often settles more than you’d expect — even if the answer turns out to be that you don’t need us at all.
